  On June 4, 2024, Far East’s 400kW/860kWh commercial and industrial (C&I) energy storage project completed full system commissioning and entered the operational phase. This project helps enterprises reduce peak-time electricity costs, provides a more stable and reliable power supply, optimizes their energy structure, and supports green development.

  In this project, Far East’s 400kW/860kWh C&I energy storage system consists of four highly efficient and reliable 100kW/215kWh C&I energy cabinets, seamlessly integrated with the photovoltaic (PV) system to enable intelligent operation. The system stores surplus PV-generated electricity and optimizes power resource allocation through peak-shaving and valley-filling strategies, significantly lowering the enterprise’s electricity expenses.

  Far East’s next-generation C&I liquid-cooled energy storage system is safe, intelligent, and easy to deploy. Leveraging advanced liquid-cooling integrated design, the system achieves precise temperature control with a cell-to-cell temperature difference of no more than 2°C, significantly extending battery life and improving charge/discharge efficiency. Moreover, safety is ensured through comprehensive protection mechanisms from the cell level up to the full system level. Thanks to its modular, high-energy-density design, the product supports LEGO-like scalable installation, reducing footprint by 50%.

  Artificial intelligence enables high-precision online calculation of battery state-of-health (SoH), providing early warnings to mitigate thermal runaway risks. A five-layer protection mechanism effectively handles various abnormal conditions, ensuring system safety from every angle. The system uses high-quality lithium iron phosphate (LFP) cells, offering a cycle life of up to 12,000 cycles—equivalent to over 15 years of service under a daily two-charge/two-discharge schedule—securing long-term return on investment. Multiple cabinets can be paralleled to scale up to 1MW/2MWh, perfectly matching diverse application needs such as peak-valley arbitrage, emergency backup power, and PV-plus-storage self-consumption. Additionally, the pre-assembled, whole-cabinet shipping model further reduces on-site installation costs and commissioning time.
